RETURNS
We have 5 days return policy, which means you can request to return an item within 5days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can also directly send in your return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Nigeria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as (but not limited to); Software, CD, sale items, gift cards, Gift card, custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.
Refunds
Our Return policy apply only to defective or damaged items.
If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the product will be Fixed or replaced at no cost to the customer.
