Coverage Overview

Lovanne Technologies guarantees your product against manufacturing and material defects during the specified warranty period. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced for free (using new or equivalent refurbished parts). Internal upgrades share the base PC’s warranty, while components bought separately are covered for 90 days.

How to Make a Claim

To qualify for warranty service, you must either register your product within 15 days of receiving it or provide the original sales invoice at the time of warranty fulfilment request.

Service Terms & Timelines

• Location: On-site repair is available within a 40 km radius of an Authorized Service Provider (ASP). Customers outside this area must use our Carry-in service. Remote tele-support is also available.
• Schedule: Operating hours are Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), excluding public holidays.
• Speed: We aim to respond by the next business day and resolve issues within five business days.

What Voids the Warranty?

Your coverage will be entirely canceled if:

• The device suffers physical damage or is affected by external electrical faults.
• Repairs, modifications, or maintenance are performed by unauthorized personnel.
• The product is used incorrectly or combined with uncertified third-party hardware.
• Serial numbers, model numbers, or warranty seals are removed or tampered with.

Exclusions & Limitations

• No Complete Replacements or Refunds: The warranty is strictly for repairs/part replacements. We do not offer cash refunds, full PC replacements, or warranty transfers to new owners.
• Data & Software: Lovanne is not liable for lost data, software glitches, or virus damage. Customers are fully responsible for backing up their data before requesting service.
• Physical Wear & Tear: The warranty does not cover cracked screens, broken plastics, touch panels, storage media, rust, or standard wear and tear.
• Third-Party Gear & Peripherals: External accessories are subject to their original manufacturer’s warranty.
• Special Components: Projector lamps are only covered for 90 days.
• Force Majeure: Damage from natural disasters (Acts of God) is excluded.

Lovanne does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. This warranty replaces all other implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Lovanne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business interruptions). These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian laws and do not affect your statutory rights.
